This mixed use project is located in the Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) new town just to the west of Shanghai. Included are two towers, identical in plan, resting on a retail shopping center. Tower one includes a hotel which wraps around an internal atrium, rising to fifty floors including the retail base. Seventeen floors house a five star hotel, above this are nineteen floors of serviced apartments and the uppermost five floors are luxury condos. The smaller twenty-five story tower is a class A office building. There will be 25,000 square meters of luxury shopping space in the four story podium.

The unique, tripartite shaped plan of both towers is a reference to the water lily, an important cultural reference in the immediate area, as it emerges from the earth. This flower bud exhibits a triangulated, modified conical shape which is elegant in proportion and scale. The exterior building skin is a transparent blend of vision glass, aluminum and stainless steel; the office building exhibits a horizontal patterning while the hotel/residence building is wrapped in vertically arranged panels.
