Mr. DeCelles leads management and organizational efforts for the firm. Over a twenty-five year career he has focused on assembling and leading talented, multi-disciplinary teams toward the successful completion of large, complex design and construction projects. Balancing the pressures of time, form, budget and function at a variety of scales and for a wide variety of building programs, he is skilled at defining organizational frameworks and processes that foster collaboration, efficiency and innovation in design, particularly with regard to the use of technology in practice delivery.
Mr. DeCelles has experience with a range of building types including office, hospitality, research labs, multi-family residential, transit, aviation, exposition, museums and performance venues together with a variety of planning/urban design efforts. He has broad experience with international clients and the unique variations in architectural design processes and methods used around the globe; he has been involved with more than two dozen overseas projects, including a wide range of built projects in China.
A registered architect, Paul received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. DeCelles held senior leadership positions at SOM and HOK prior to co-founding Turner + DeCelles.
