Kenneth leads all design efforts for the firm. He brings 25 years of professional design experience to the firm. His ability to find solutions through cutting edge technologies makes Kenneth a great match for clients looking for progressive design. He believes cultural influences specific to a region should be understood and incorporated into the building’s design logic when generating its metaphors, analogies, and systematic ideals. He strives to implement innovative technology into the expression of the building in order to maximize environmental sustainability and human comfort. Kenneth designs with and fully integrates digital tools into the design process with 3d visualization models allowing for a dynamic design exploration.
He started an Architecture Design Practice as Design Principal in Abu Dhabi, sharing Design Principal Responsibilities between the Dubai, Bahrain, Qatar, and Abu Dhabi offices. Kenneth worked with HOK leading international design efforts for the Chicago office. As a former Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Associate Partner and Design Studio Head, Kenneth directed design for the world’s tallest tower, Burj Khalifa, Dubai, UAE. Kenneth has managed and coordinated architectural teams with projects in the North America, Europe, Asia, India and the Middle East focusing on master planning, commercial, hospitality, exhibition and residential projects. Kenneth received his Bachelor of Architecture from Kansas State University. He has been invited as a university guest studio critic, lectured, won design awards, and published.
